UFO SIGHTING IN LEWES, DELAWARE ON AUGUST 27TH 2013 - DRIVING EAST ON RT. 9 SEVERAL MILES FROM LEWES, DE, SAW WHAT I THOUGHT WAS STATIONARY VERY BRIGHT BLUE LIGHT, UNTIL IT STARTED MOVING WEST OVER THE TREETOPS AND BUILDINGS INTERMITTANTLY EVERY 3 OR 4 SECONDS GOING ON AND OFF.I was going home to Lewes from my job in Maryland, driving at 55 miles per hour. Thought I saw a bright stationary light, until it started moving rapidly over the treetops. Weather cloudy...no storms or rain, etc. Very bright blue round light, approximately what appeared to be 10' or larger going over treetops and buildings, intermittently going on and off every 3 or 4 seconds, going from East to West. Battery light indicator came on, then my entire dashboard lit up with all the various prompts showing problems....ABS Brakes, Convertible top indicator showing top was down (which it wasn't), Air Bag indicator light, Traction control light, etc. Lost sight as I continued driving East.
