The Occult Is Real Just Hidden
This is JAQUES VALLEE. He is a scientist, computer scientist, author, ufologist and astronomer. He worked on the first computer mappingof the Martian surface for NASA. Here's his wikipedia page:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacques Vall%C3%A9eIn 1969 Jaques Vallee published a book called PASSPORT TO MAGONIA, hisown investigation into UFO phenomena. His conclusions are veryinteresting and are not well known:"We are dealing with a yet unrecognised level of consciousness, independent of man but closely linked to the earth.... I do notbelieve anymore that UFOs are simply the spacecraft of some race ofextraterrestrial visitors. This notion is too simplistic to explaintheir appearance, the frequency of their manifestations throughrecorded history, and the structure of the information exchanged withthem during contact.""An impressive parallel can be made between UFO occupants and thepopular conceptions of demons. UFOs can project images or fabricatedscenes designed to change our belief systems." Dr. Jacques Vallee"...human belief... is being controlled and conditioned, man'sconcepts are being rearranged," and we may be headed toward "a massivechange of human attitudes toward paranormal abilities andextraterrestrial life." Dr. Jacques Vallee:"The 'medical examination' to which abductees are said to besubjected, often accompanied by sadistic sexual manipulation, isreminiscent of the medieval tales of encounters with demons. It makesno sense in a sophisticated or technical or biological framework: anyintelligent being equipped with the scientific marvels that UFOspossess would be in a position to achieve any of these allegedscientific objectives in a shorter time and with fewer risks." "...the symbolic display seen by the abductees is identical to thetype of initiations ritual or astral voyage that is embedded in the[occult] traditions of every culture." Thus, "the structure ofabduction stories is identical to that of occult initiation rituals."Here is a customer review of the book from Amazon:"Researcher Jacques Vallee has done an excellent job synthesizing thevarious reports through the ages of our contact with otherworldlyentities. He especially empasizes the fairy lore of the Celtic region,as this is relatively modern and also well-documented.Vallee points out that many of the chief characteristics of contactwith fairies is coincidental of modern accounts of contact withUFOnauts. He surmises that these accounts are cultural-specificdescriptions of a phenomenon that has been with us since timeimmemorial. It is probable that everything from demons, incubi, andjinns are one and the same as the aliens which now captivate ourglobal attention.Interestingly, the entities have consistently been described aspossessing technology just beyond the means of whichever society isexperiencing the contact. Today, the entities appear in anti gravityspacecraft, just as in the Bible they steered luminous chariots, andin the great airship sighting wave of 1897, they seemed to be manningturbine-driven zeppelins. The one constant throughout the ages hasbeen the entities proclivity to tinker with the genetics of mankind.Vallee offers no answers to this strange phenomenon, but only wishesto point out that it did not originate in modern times. " (Amazonbook review by Kevin Seeger "DudeSeeg")"A large part of the available UFO literature is closely linked withmysticism and the metaphysical. It deals with subjects like mentaltelepathy, automatic writing and invisible entities as well asphenomena like poltergeist [ghost] manifestations and 'possession.'Many of the UFO reports now being published in the popular pressrecount alleged incidents that are strikingly similar to demonicpossession and psychic phenomena...."
